It is a social networking sites which based on uploading pictures. It is like Tumblr and Flickr.
This website's idea is that each users have their own theme board. They can upload and paste all kinds of things which they found in the Internet on their theme board.All the things was shown by picture. Visual features of this site this seems to become the main reason which leads to the rapid growth of this website. It is the fastest ever growth of the Internet community website.

Pinterest is a typical case that human behavior turn into the network activity.
When I was young, I cut out the photos and ADs from fashion magazines to make collages. I will also buy some poster and paste to my home's wall. It is very cool because produce a very good, colorful collage can show your own style. Now Pinterest give me a change to do it in a different way.
Moveover, Pinterest is a Social Media Content Curation website. It's similar with Social media website. But it also has a great different.
In Social media website, people keep their relationship by comment, share something. It's sometimes base on the relationship.
In Pinterest, users are interact by sharing their faviour things. All the users are creating content. They can share their content in order to show their own style. They can also find and collect their flaviour things. They are creating content by Pining picture.
All in all, it gives us a way to sharing and creating something. It's a good website.
