Social Customer

Social Customer has became important role in business.






Social media has changed our life in the past year and future. It's a new revolution in the Internet and our daily life. Nowadays, more and more companies start to focus on the social media and social customers. Some of users said that there are more and more website for them to access and keep in touch with friends and make new friends. For companies, there are not only some kind of new website, but also new ways for companies to build up and communicate with customers.


There are 6 points of socialise consumer behaviour
  1. An access to information through social networks such as Twitter and Facebook and learn about breaking news
  2. Through social channels and networks to learn about the latest product information
  3. Able to distinguish between a brand's promotional information, and only believe that the practical information of the product itself
  4. Hoping reach a dialogue between brands rather than brand-way to deliver advertising information
  5. Hoping the brand can be active in social media often viewed
  6. Hoped that the brand can listen to the voices of consumers, and actively participate in the interactive and timely response to requests from consumers

The most obvious change is that consumers have another way to complaints. Before social media website appear, customer always contact and complain to company via telephone, email. Company sometimes will ignore because customers didn't know about the real situation of their complain. On the other hand, that kind of customers will not communicate with each other because they didn't know each other. Now this situation was changed. Today, companies will face to  customers which they may have their social media account. When companies' product is not well, they will complain it on their facebook or twitter and known by many people.
